What will my sample look like?

Samples typically include one piece of tile. If it is a high variation product, then we will provide several pieces for comparison. For products measuring 12"×12" or larger, we offer a cut 6"×6" piece for color and texture reference. Check the product’s sample details or contact us if you need to confirm a specific format.

Will one sample show every color and pattern?

One piece may not show the full range of variation. Review the product images and variation information alongside your sample, especially for tile with veining, tonal changes, or multiple decorative faces.

How do I find and order a sample?

Start with a tile you like and open its product page. Look for the sample ordering option, choose the color or finish you’re considering, and add it to your cart. If you can’t find a sample option, contact our team for help.

How much do samples cost, and when will they arrive?

Samples cost $2.99 each. We offer free shipping if you order 5 order more samples. If you’re working toward a specific project date, contact us before ordering so we can help confirm timing.

Does a sample confirm that a tile will work in my shower or on my floor?

Samples help you evaluate appearance and feel. Check the product’s approved applications and technical specifications for your installation, and review any project-specific requirements with your installer.
