Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Soho Surfaces. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Shipping Destination:
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories at this time.
Shipping Rates:
- 1-5 Cartons: Flat rate shipping of $79 per order.
- 6 Cartons and above: Free Shipping* — no code needed, applied automatically at checkout.
*Large tile orders are delivered via freight carrier and arrive on a pallet. Freight deliveries are curbside only. The driver is not responsible for bringing material into your home, garage, or jobsite.
Sample Orders:
Sample orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping costs for samples will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders of 5 samples or more ship free.
Order Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement. This Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated transit times are as follows:
- Small Parcel Orders and/or Samples (FedEx or USPS Ground): 3-5 business days*
- LTL (Palletized) Orders: 7-10 business days*
*Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on our Track Your Order page, or with the carrier directly.
Damaged or Lost Shipments:
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you. Please retain all original packaging and take photos of any damage for your claim.
